Iron Man 3 Review

Following the disappointing Iron Man 2, Shane Black and RDJ give Tony Stark his mojo back.

RDJ, charismatic as ever, fully convinces in his search for the real Stark. The film’s not about the suit but the man underneath, whilst he faces the terrifying The Mandarin.

Sir Ben’s performance is one you’ll not forget.

Cheadle, Paltrow and Pearce also excel but Hall suffers from an underwritten character.

Set pieces dazzle, and the laughs are constant and rapid throughout making it the funniest film since 21 Jump Street.

Perhaps not truly an Iron Man film, but a bloody good one nonetheless.

TL;DR: RDJ’s grand finale? Smart swaggering fun.
