We’re The Millers – Review

Not all of We’re The Millers jokes are in the ubiquitous trailers. A lot of them are, sure, but not all of them.

Plus the trailers do have a lot of jokes.

Wacky drug-smuggling action serves to unite this unconventional family rather than drive the plot, and considering the real chemistry between Sudeikis, Aniston, Roberts and Poulter, rightly so.

A few jokes and twists are telegraphed but it hardly matters in the company of these characters – and that of the supporting cast: Ken Marino, Nick Offerman, the wonderful Kathryn Hahn.

Expect a sequel. Expect me to go see it.

TL; DR: Cross-country van travelling with a pseudo-family hasn’t been this enjoyable since Scooby-Doo.
